The owner, Don, personally assisted me with choosing the right product for my project. He took his time to explain the install process and what to expect. He even sent diagrams and an instruction manual to provide further instructions and assistance. During the install process we choose to take care of it in house. Don took phone calls from the electrician and plumber while they were on site and needed help. Don was very accommodating and supportive even though Splash Pad USA was not the installer. The website charged me for the shipping so I called them and they brought a check for the cost of the shipping right to my door. Great honest people, willing to help in anyway they can.
