It was more expensive than an individual insurance plan, even though I only had one cleaning. They also don't list accurate prices on their website. It cost quite a bit more when I showed up to my appointment (it showed $50 for cleaning and x-rays when finding a dentist on their site, and their sample schedule had much lower prices than what I was actually charged).
I would rate this below the one star if I could. Don't waste your money you will not save anything. They are nothing more then a false program to make you believe you will save by being a member. I saved more money by working directly with every dentist we have for my family! Every time I talked to the dental office about this program and how much it would save they would always say that it was less for me just paying directly myself. What a waste of money!!! They don't answer the phones and the service is terrible!!!! Once you want to cancel you wont get to talk to anyone. If you need help with a question you wont get to talk to anyone!! They only have a message service with instructions for there members. That should say enough about them!! I can't tell you how bad this company is.. If you want to throw more money away go ahead and sign up..
Always feel like I got my money's worth! My dentist is the best. This makes the price of dental care fair.
