When I called, it was a 6 minute wait time on the phone. Then they delivered undercooked food and would not refund my money.
The gentleman who took my wifes order over the phone was impatient and short with her. when i went to pick up the pizza no one greeted me or looked at me, there where two guys right at the counter that could have done so but where too busy talking to each other. they gave me the cold shoulder and only once their important conversation was over did one of the kids finally, reluctantly, excrete just enough words as needed out of his mouth to get me on my way. Not only are their jobs garbage but so is their customer service so now they have nothing going for them. Pizza was nothing special not worth dealing with these punks.
Called my order in and asked for peppers and cheese... it cost extra for that... even to a Veteran... The manager black list me too... How good do u need to be to just ask for extra packages!!!!
Even though when I had showed up and they had forgotten to make my pizza they made everything right and we're quick to get it prepared and cooked for me and sent me on my way I was very happy with my experience and I will return.
Great pizza. Aweful customer service from Xavier, who works taking orders over the phone. Very unprofessional and rude.
