They just moved our stuff and I am very pleased and impressed. They carefully wrapped everything to ensure safe transport. I would definitely recommend them. Armando Carrillo and his company were amazing. Two thumbs up for these guys!!!!
They low-balled the price quote so we chose them but then the price increased by $1000 the day of the move. They lost a box, damaged a couch beyond repair, and damaged a chair. They repaired the chair. They gave us money to replace the couch but still charged us to move the couch which didn't make sense. They based the payment for the items in the box on weight which was less than the value of the items.
The sales man are not good at estimating and the move was priced more than what it was told the move was fantastic though the Latino driver took care of me. One guy kept smoking and had messy hair and had bad teeth he smelled bad.
I have used Bailey's on three separate moves. Each time they handled our items with care. They are very professional in all the work they do. When we moved this last time, I said to my wife that we wouldn't move again without Bailey's. Thanks Bailey's!
Movers were on time, worked hard, took great care of our possessions, were polite and courteous, what more do you want? They knew what they were doing, laid cardboard to protect the floors of our new home and wrapped up any items that needed a little extra protection. At one point they handed me one of my watches that had fallen out of a drawer that wasn't properly secured. This was an expensive watch I had bought in Switzerland on a visit there a few years back. After that I knew I didn't need to worry about any of my valuables going "missing." Great company. Good rating with the BBB and the final price I was charged had no surprises on it.
