The managment is very tainted and the mobile park is not well taken care of as well as lots of car theft and breaking in to cars my second day I cane back home to my tv missing.my doors and windows does lo ked I. The daytime and I know it was there damn main maintnance handyman gross peeping tom.
Owners and management take pride in providing safe affordable housing.
This trailer park has an awful owner because they NEVER do anything to improve the park. The towing is ridiculous. You have a parking permit and the stalls are made for compact cars. Good luck trying to see the lines as well. When the city shuts off the water resident are not aware of the shut off until they have no water. They don't maintain the snow fall during the winter until it has been driven over for at least 24 hours and forget about them salting anywhere besides the main office. This has been the worse case of living ever!
