I bought a unit from Premier Wine Cellars. The unit came with a faulty part. Also had a problem with the unit. These people do no seem to know how the units work. I cannot recommend you purchase a cooler unit from these folks. Check around and fine a supplier who understands the units they sell.

My wine rack arrived late and broken. Terrible!!!
I'd give them zero stars if I could. We were looking for some wood racking for our temperature controlled cellar. I called after two weeks waiting for our complimentary design and spoke to another person who answered the phone Wine Racks America and come to find out this company sells the latter's racking. We never did receive our complimentary design and have since gone to another professional, organized, and friendlier wine racks dealer.
