I am such an indecisive person, and in the end, I "test-drove" five cars there but never felt any pressure from Gary. During the time, I settled on one car, then switched to the other, but Gary noticed something that I didn't see in the car I picked for the second time, and honestly told me what he noticed. In the end, I settled on the first one...but all these test-driving, his comments, etc., made my experience for car-buying easier.
And the owner, who test-drove my old car, gave me a decent trade-in value, which I really appreciate since I am not with a lot of cash.
1. Their fabulous stocks of Toyota, and Honda at reasonable prices (it will make your decision harder, though.)
I had heard about Rand's when I was looking at buying a new used car so I came from Provo to check it out. I was impressed by the quality of the selection available on the lot, most cars only about 1-2 years old. My salesman, Weston, had already selected a few he thought would interest me since we had briefly talked before I headed to the lot. He had them ready for me to check out and test drive. The whole process was very easy and actually a very positive buying experience compared to others I have had to endure. I will definitely buy here again in the future when the need arises. Quality cars for an unbeatable price.
Such amazing service. If you dont want the hassle of most dealerships, these guys are the best. Their cars are priced decently and they are not high pressure trying to get you to buy something you do not want. They list all their fees on their page and let you take cars out and test drive as needed. They are so nice and friendly. The buying process was so smooth. Go talk to MIKE he is great.
I have bought two cars from Rand Auto Sales. They have super deals on their vehicles and their staff is wonderful. I want to give a big shout out to Matt who helped me both times I've gone in. He has always met my needs and made buying a car a good experience as opposed to other used cars that I've purchased at other dealers. Truly he wanted to help me and made the experience a positive one.
So I needed to update my old Nissan Maxima 2004 and stopped by Rand's Auto. I have been hearing good things about Rand's Auto from my coworkers (yes -- not singular but plural), so my expectation was high, and Gary at Rand's Auto never disappointed me.

3. Their breezy-easy way to allow customers to test-drive (Other dealership I stopped by did not allow me to drive by myself. Their sales associate sat behind with "you should buy this car" pressure)
You can trust these guys! And you can get a really good car at a reasonable price!
AMAZING customer service. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. They truly care about their customers and want go the extra mile. Most dealerships just want to sell you the car and make money, and if you have an issue with our purchase then you're SOL. Rands was the the opposite and wanted to help me out where they could. I will absolutely buy from them again. Can't say enough good things about Rands!
In the end, everyone in the office was really friendly, flexible, and helpful, which I really didn't expect in car dealership until I came in Rand's Auto. Honestly, I would like to thank Gary (first and foremost) for his help, and everyone at Rand's Auto.
