Great staff! Welcoming vibe and they have the best prices compared to anyone else. I was never pressured into purchasing but I was advised on what vehicle would be best once I told them my needs and price range. They stuck to what I wanted and that’s how it should always be. Because of this I’ve bought 2 vehicles from WAG and I’ve recommended a few family members there. I’ll always do business with these guys!

2 years ago I bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Wasatch Auto Group and it was the first time buying from a dealership. It was also my first time financing a vehicle and they made it such an easy process. I was able to get approved and got an amazing interest rate for being a first time buyer! Not only did I save money on a great deal, but they also saved me money by getting me that rate. The car was perfect but my situation changed and I needed a family vehicle so I brought my Civic in to trade it for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD and once again they gave me a great deal by providing me with a good trade in value as well as an amazing rate and price on the new car. Because these guys have worked with me so well I have sent family and friends there with both good and bad credit and they were all treated just as well! This review might sound too good to be true but I just want to show WAG how much I appreciate their customer dedication!
Absolutely awful!! They are not honest and they do not honor their warranties. We had our vehicle for 3 months when then engine blew up this caused the radiator to then overheat and blew the radiator the estimated cost for just the engine was over $4000 to repair. We were so relieved we had the warranty on the vehicle and even took picture's of the engine and radiator at the time the vehicle died proving the engine went out first. They told us the would not repair the vehicle because the radiator went out first. We called Wasatch auto trying to get any assistants and we were ignored and even hung up on several times. I work in sales and customer service should always be a top priority. They have ZERO customer service if your vehicle has an issue. DO NOT BUY from these guys they are rude and dishonest and it would be a terrible mistake. I am only writing this review as a warning for others so they do not end up in the same terrible situation.
Wasatch Auto Group is amazing! I would recommend EVERYONE & ANYONE to go buy a car from them! Incredible experience and sales team! You wont find a better deal for such great prices and vehicles!! Regardless of what reviews are out there, They will take care of you and help you get into a vehicle! AMAZING JOB WASATCH AUTO GROUP!!
Austin Tate is awesome. He was super friendly, not pushy and helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend him and buy from him and this whole group of people all over again. This was a top notch dealership.
